Fleet Coordinator: Safe Operations & Driver Compliance Lead

BJF Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s vehicles and drivers from its Maidstone operations. You will ensure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, scheduled, and used efficiently, while monitoring fuel costs and ensuring legal and safety compliance.

Key duties include vehicle allocation, maintenance planning, driver onboarding, licence checks, and reporting on fleet performance and CO2 emissions. A strong focus on cost control and safety culture is essential.
