Are you an expert Office Coordinator, accustomed to providing professional front-of-house support and delivering impeccable client service?

This is an excellent opportunity to assist a respected local business in a busy office environment.

Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Office Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Managing initial enquiries via phone and face-to-face, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office administration and operational tasks.
  • Supporting with booking appointments, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained.
  • Handling sensitive information confidentially, adhering to GDPR.
  • Using IT systems and administrative tools to support business operations.
  • Providing a welcoming environment that reflects their values and professional standards.

Temporary Office Coordinator Rewards

  • Experience coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, and supporting office facilities
