Elite Performance Swim Coach

Ashford School Swimming is seeking an experienced performance coach to join the coaching team at Ashford School. You will deliver structured sessions across four squads in both Prep and Senior School, aligning with Swim England frameworks and the LTAD pathway.

You will work closely with the Director of Swimming to maximise swimmer development, attend competitions, and contribute to the school’s strategic priorities while maintaining the highest professional standards.
