Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service BYD vehicles to a high standard.
- Deliver a high level of workmanship in a premium automotive environment.
- Support customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working as a technician within a franchised dealership (BYD experience preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with diagnostic systems.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Passionate about automotive technology and the BYD brand.
- Professional, reliable and customer focused.
- Committed to continuous learning and development.
- Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
