The role is very hands-on and extremely varied, so your quick thinking and experience will be of paramount importance. Ye Olde Jolly Sailor is part of East Street Pub Company which is a family run business, so you’ll enjoy being part of a close-knit team who share a vested interest within the business and a very particular vision for the Pub.
The ideal candidate will have previous pub/restaurant/bar supervisory experience. The role will be to work alongside the pub manager and team while also be reliable and responsible to work independently when required.
