HGV Driver Class 1 – Northampton

Newly qualified Class 1 driver? This is a great opportunity to gain experience with regular, ongoing work, fixed shift patterns and consistent start times in Northampton.

ADR Network, a trusted leader in logistics recruitment, is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Class 1 drivers to join our team working with Uniserve in Northampton.

This is predominantly depot-to-depot trunking, with occasional store deliveries on night shifts. Work includes live loads and drop & swap curtain sider work using long semi-trailers.

About the role:

• Fixed night shift patterns available
• 1 x Monday to Friday night position
• 4 x 4 on 4 off night positions
• Night start times between 19:00 and 22:00
• Typical shifts of 12 hours
• Depot-to-depot trunking
• Occasional store deliveries during night shifts
• Live load and drop & swap work
• Curtain sider and long semi-trailer work
• Ongoing, regular work with consistent start times
• Weekend day shifts may also be available for drivers looking for weekend work

Pay and Benefits:

• Weekdays £19
• Weeknights £20
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
• Fixed shift patterns
• Consistent start times and regular work, including during off-peak periods

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Newly qualified drivers welcome
