Client Experience Specialist – Path to Centre Manager

Blue Gem, part of One Avenue Group, is seeking a Client Experience Assistant to be the first face clients see at our flagship Central London centre. You’ll deliver a warm welcome, know the building and its occupants, and help ensure every space feels looked after.

This role provides a clear four-stage career roadmap over two years, with progression toward Assistant Centre Manager. Base salary £26,500, plus up to 10% site bonus; training and promotion opportunities are built into the plan.
