We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Membership Consultants to join our team across the Everyone Active Cumberland Contract. What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming prospective members into our centres and delivering engaging show rounds.
- Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the membership that’s right for them.
- Following up enquiries through phone calls, emails and digital channels.
- Building relationships with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Promoting Everyone Active’s services, swimming lessons, fitness programmes and wellbeing products.
You’ll be someone who:
- Loves talking to people and building relationships.
- Is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is confident using IT systems and managing customer enquiries.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Brings a positive attitude, resilience and enthusiasm every day.
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
