About the role
At Pandora, it’s all about creating moments that matter. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers discover hand-finished jewellery that tells their story, turning every visit into a memorable experience.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, customer-focused team where you’ll help drive sales, deliver excellent service and share your knowledge of Pandora’s products, craftsmanship and sustainability commitments.
The role is for 8 hours per week on a three-month fixed-term contract, with flexibility required across Monday to Sunday.
What you’ll do
- Deliver an engaging, personalised customer experience
- Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build rapport and loyalty with customers
- Share product knowledge and help customers curate jewellery selections
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pandora
- Support stock deliveries and store operations
- Maintain high standards across the shop floor
- Process transactions accurately at the till

Previous experience is not essential, with applicants requiring around 0-2 years’ experience.
