Your new role
- Telesales: Generating leads and directly securing orders .
- Sales Coordination: Managing activities and schedules between internal and external sales teams .
- Quotation Management: Following up on and converting hire and sales quotations, as well as contacting “off-hirers” .
- Invoicing and Administration: Handling sales administration and invoicing specifically for Thames Water .
- General Responsibilities: Participating in meetings, training, and other duties required to support the business .
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in Hire industry and similar contact centre type role
- Experience in dealing with variety of customers over the phone
- Self- motivated team player
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service/satisfaction
- Good MS Office knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Resolve problems efficiently.
