Teaching Assistant – Oak Tree Primary School – Burgess Hill

At Oak Tree Primary School, we’re looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team, initially in Early Years. You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed, along with the confidence to support teaching and learning across the classroom.

We’re seeking someone who is organised, patient, and positive — a true team player who can build strong relationships, use initiative, and model the values that make our school such a special place to learn and work.

Term Time only – 8.30am – 3pm Monday to Friday

Pro-rata salary £16,484.00
