Compassionate Learning Disability Support Specialist

Marva is partnering with a leading health and social care provider to recruit a Learning Disability Support Worker. The role focuses on supporting young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in the community, promoting independence, confidence and better quality of life.

You will deliver person-centred support in homes and local settings, plan engaging activities, assist with daily living skills, and use PMVA techniques to safely manage behaviours.
