Empty Homes Cleaning & Prep Operative

Thirteen Group is seeking an Empty Homes Service Operative to join the Repairs team. The role involves cleaning empty properties to ensure they are safe, fresh and ready for new customers, with pre-cleans before repairs and safe access.

You will work across operational areas and support property handovers with teams and contractors. The ideal candidate will understand cleaning practices, health and safety requirements, hold a UK driving licence and be flexible across locations.
