Job Description

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join our team on an immediate-start basis. This is light warehouse work involving the picking and packing of bulbs, plants, seeds, and other plant-related goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing bulbs, plants, seeds, and other horticultural products accurately.
• Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Handling goods carefully to maintain product quality.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working to daily picking targets and quality standards

The Role Offers

• Light warehouse work (no heavy lifting)
• Hourly Rate: £12.71 p/hPicking bonus awarded for high performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• General warehousing knowledge desired
• Must be physically fit to be able to preform the role that requires on your feet for long periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently and meet picking targets
• Reliable and punctual
• Be able to access the Anwick area
