About the Role
Our Store Replenishers play a vital role in ensuring our store is fully stocked, organised and ready to welcome customers each day. Working outside of trading hours, you’ll be responsible for replenishing shelves, rotating stock and maintaining high presentation standards across the store.
This is a behind-the-scenes role where your focus will be on keeping the store looking its best. As you’ll be working when the store is closed, you will not be required to serve customers or operate tills.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Replenishing shelves and displays to ensure products are available for customers.
- Rotating stock and checking date codes to maintain product quality.
- Ensuring the shop floor and stock areas are clean, tidy and well organised.
- Moving and handling deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged stock or maintenance issues.
- Working as part of the team to ensure the store is fully prepared for opening.
A Few Things About You
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing a great job. You’ll be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
