Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver – Ringwood – £28,000-£30,000

Are you an experienced Warehouse or Stores Operative with strong stock control, MRP systems and component picking experience?

TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ringwood on a permanent basis.

This is more than a standard pick-and-pack role. You’ll be responsible for managing stock accurately, picking a variety of components for production and ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time.

Hours & Salary:

• £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 7:15am – 4:00pm OR 8:15am – 5:00pm
• Permanent position

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately pick components and part numbers for production
• Use MRP/ERP systems to process and manage stock
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Receive, check and book in incoming deliveries
• Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
• Pick, pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
• Keep the warehouse/stores area organised and running efficiently

What We Need From You:

• Strong warehouse/stores experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
• Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Proven stock control and inventory experience
• Experience picking complex components, multiple part numbers or production materials
• Valid Forklift licence – essential
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
