You’ll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long-term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services.
What you’ll lead
- Long-term financial strategy, planning and reporting
- Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations
- Business development and growth opportunities
- Governance, assurance and risk management
- Efficiency, transformation and value-for-money programmes
What you’ll bring
- A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
- Senior financial leadership experience in a contract-driven environment
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts
- A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with public-service ethos
- Experience working with public-sector clients – ideally the NHS
- Demonstrates and champions Vital Services and BWC NHSFT values – ambitious, brave, compassionate
- Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline
