An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Performance Marketing to join a highly successful global business with a turnover of £300 million and operations across more than 100 countries.
This is a senior leadership role where you will take ownership of the performance marketing strategy, helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue and continued growth across a truly international business. You will lead and develop an established internal performance marketing team of 8, providing clear direction, supporting their development and ensuring the team delivers against ambitious commercial objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders and wider marketing teams, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, optimising performance and ensuring marketing activity delivers strong, measurable results. The successful candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, excellent commercial awareness and proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
