Senior MEP Project Lead

WSP is seeking an Associate Director to lead and deliver complex MEP projects from Bristol with a multidisciplinary team. You will guide design, oversee the production of detailed specifications and supervise engineers across mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with UK regulations, while developing talent and expanding the Bristol office capabilities in healthcare and defence sectors.
