Bus Depot Operations Manager – Staff Team Lead

First Bus at Adderley Green depot is seeking a Staff Manager to lead the depot operations team, deputise for the Operations Manager and drive on-time performance and customer experience within the governance framework.

You’ll work with training to ensure teams are competent, manage driver performance, conduct reviews, and foster continuous improvement while liaising with engineering and service teams to deliver KPI improvements.
