Office Services Manager – Law – Manchester

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an Office Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of its Manchester office and support wider operational activities across the UK network.

Working as part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering a first-class service to both internal stakeholders and external visitors. You will also have responsibility for supervising and developing members of the Office Services team.

Key responsibilities and objectives will include:

  • Supervising the day-to-day delivery of office services operations
  • Managing and developing team members through coaching, reviews, appraisals and regular one-to-ones
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, visitors, suppliers and contractors
  • Managing meeting room support and hospitality services
  • Coordinating office supplies, stationery, refreshments and facilities requirements
  • Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting budget administration
  • Assisting with office moves and wider workplace projects
  • Supporting incoming and outgoing mail services
  • Maintaining visitor procedures, passes and reception support when required
  • Managing rotas, holiday records and operational scheduling
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, records and documentation
  • Helping maintain a well-presented, efficient and welcoming office environment at all times
  • Acting as a First Aider and supporting wider operational requirements as needed

The successful candidate will offer:
