The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced CNC Turners and Millers with strong programming, setting and operating experience to join a fast-growing, profitable machining business.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking to work with modern CNC machinery, competitive rates and a generous profit-share scheme.

The Machinery

You will be working with a range of modern Doosan CNC equipment with Fanuc controls, including:

• 2, 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC lathes
• 4 and 5-axis machining centres
• Modern machinery, with all major equipment less than five years old

Key Requirements

• Strong CNC programming experience
• CNC setting and operating experience
• Experience with CNC turning and/or milling
• Ability to work from engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes
• High standards of quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
• Regular overtime available

Salary & Benefits

• £16–£20 per hour basic rate
• £40,000–£55,000 total earning potential, including overtime and bonus
• Profit share typically £2,000–£4,000 per year
• 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
• Days-only working
• Regular overtime
