Clinical Systems Lead – EPR, Data Quality & Improvement

Healthcare Management Trust is seeking a Clinical Systems Manager to lead the EPR (Compucare8) configuration, upgrades, and day-to-day use across its Swansea-based hospitals. You will work with clinical and IT colleagues to ensure data quality and system usability to support high-quality patient care.

The role covers both Sancta Maria Hospital, Swansea, and St Hugh’s Hospital, Grimsby, and requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication.
