Ofsted-Ready Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Manager

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a new home in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will oversee day-to-day management, safeguarding, and compliance, while steering a culture of trauma-informed, person-centred care for children with SEMH/EBD.

Relocation assistance is available. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with responsibilities including policy development, Ofsted coordination, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes.
