Registered Home Manager – Nursing and Care Home – Lincolnshire

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established care and nursing home in the Sleaford area of Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering £48,000-£58,000 per year DOE with OTE up to £70,000.

The role is open to both clinical and non-clinical managers with strong leadership experience in elderly care. You’ll be supported by a senior management team who value integrity, quality and person-centred care.
