Senior Machine Setter — Lead Production & Reliability

Muc-Off is seeking a Senior Engineering Machine Setter to ensure safe, efficient operation of production lines. You will set up, change over, operate and optimise machinery, supporting Crew Members and Line Setters.

The role requires hands-on engineering, fault-finding, and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with production, quality and warehouse teams to minimise downtime, improve line performance and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
