Book Production Manager – Hybrid London (2 days/wk)

Penguin Random House’s Ebury imprint is seeking a Production Manager for a 9-month FTC based in London, with hybrid working (Embassy Gardens office two days per week).

You will oversee mono and colour book production, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with Editorial, Design, Sales, Inventory and Finance to deliver high-quality titles on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive process improvements across the team.
