Field Service Installations Lead — Night Shifts

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to oversee installations across Lancashire, UK. You will lead a small team of Field Service Technicians on site, including night shifts, ensuring installations meet quality and safety standards and SLAs.

The role requires a strong technical aptitude, leadership, and the ability to travel to customer sites with a valid UK driving licence. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, 30 hours per week, with potential extension.
