Graduate Engineer (Rotations) – Mentorship & Training

Stirling-Dynamics is offering a rotational Graduate Programme for new engineering graduates in the United Kingdom. You will complete four rotations across engineering functions, plus exposure to Project Management and Business Development, under a dedicated mentor to support your development.

Eligibility includes achieving a 2:1 in relevant disciplines and SC clearance. Interviews start late 2026 with the aim to start in September 2027, providing hands-on training and a route to Chartered status.
