Senior Food Production & Catering Manager

The Central Production Unit of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Food Production Manager to oversee planning, recipe formulation, purchasing, preparation and dispatch of meals across campuses for inpatients and staff.

You will manage manpower and resources, recruit and train staff, and work with the Specialist Catering Dietitian, catering managers and Head Chef to develop patient menus and therapeutic options while ensuring service continuity and quality.
