Standalone HR Business Partner – Hybrid, Private Healthcare

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is sourcing a standalone HR BP to lead HR across two growing UK businesses with ~150 staff. Based in South Shields, the role is hybrid and covers recruitment, onboarding, ER, policy creation and HRIS rollout.

You will report to SLT, advise senior leaders on people strategy and drive HR initiatives, benefits, absence processes and development plans in a fast-evolving environment.
