An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Weekend Used Car Sales Executive to join our Wolverhampton based showroom.
Working hours: Zero Hours Contract Weekends Only Sat 10am-7pm Sun 10am-5pm

V12 Sports and Classics is an independently owned used-car supermarket. Our busy Wolverhampton branch has between 250and 300 vehicles on site and benefits from strong customer demand generated through our telesales teams and online presence.
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic Weekend Sales Executives to join our showroom team on a zero-hours basis.
Saturday: Shifts available between 10:00am and 7:00pm
Sunday: Shifts available between 10:00am and 5:00pm
Applicants may be available for Saturdays, Sundays or both days
As this is a zero-hours position, shifts will be offered according to business requirements and individual availability.
The Role
You will provide a professional and welcoming experience for customers visiting our Hinckley showroom. Your responsibilities will include:
Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
Presenting suitable vehicles and arranging test drives
Guiding customers confidently through the sales process
Presenting value-added products, including warranty and paint-protection options
Following up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
Maintaining accurate information within our lead-management systems
Working towards individual and branch sales targets
Completing all required sales and FCA-compliance processes following training
Supporting customers through to a professional vehicle handover
What we’re looking for
A confident and approachable communicator
A positive, target-driven attitude
Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced showroom
Good organisation and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy
A full UK driving licence
Previous sales or motor-trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Full training will be provided, including product knowledge, sales processes and FCA compliance.
