Sanderson in Newcastle is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a growing in-house talent team with hybrid working (1 day in the office per week).

The role focuses on technology recruitment, stakeholder engagement, direct sourcing and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across tech vacancies, building pipelines and reporting on hiring metrics.
