Pizza Kitchen Lead — Hands-On Team Captain

YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart of Manchester. We’re looking for a Street Food Team Leader with kitchen experience, a natural sense of leadership and a hands-on approach to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our kitchen.

This is a busy, energetic role where you’ll be right in the action – making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and making sure service runs smoothly. 45-hour contract.
