About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactiveQuality Contral Admin Assistantto support our growing Technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, margin-driven environment, where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, pricing strategy, and business performance.

As a Quality Control Admin, your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and communications
- Prepare data for internal meetings and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry standards
- Strong numerical and analytical skills: you’re comfortable working with pricing and margins
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)
- Strong communication skills: you can work confidently with customers and internal teams
- Ability to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-moving environment
- Commercial awareness: experience in FMCG, wholesale, or fresh produce is a big plus
