Customer Service Advisor – Wakefield Depot (Full-Time, 8:30–6)

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. Wakefield depot seeks a Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer experience, handling inquiries and orders with a professional, proactive approach. Based at Wakefield, you will manage queries and provide product information to customers.

The role is full-time, with rotational hours 8:30am–6pm and occasional Saturdays. You will handle a shared inbox and phone line, supporting service delivery and administrative tasks to ensure quality customer service.
