Service Delivery Operations Coordinator

BrisDoc in Bristol is seeking a Service Delivery Team Administrator to support the leadership by handling key administrative tasks previously performed by Operational Team Managers, Leads, and Head of Service. You will help make operations run smoothly by streamlining processes and maintaining documentation.

The role covers meeting coordination, minute-taking (including Out of Hours), dashboard reporting, shift and presence tracking, and maintaining on-call rosters.
