You will be responsible for
- Building behavioural research capabilitythrough coaching, guidance and reusable tools such as SQL query templatesand automated reports.
- Supporting on ad hoc research projects thatrequire combining attitudinal and behavioural customer data, identifyingwhere behavioural data can add value.
- Understanding the drivers of panellistrecruitment, engagement, response and lapse through advanced analytics.
- Monitoring panel and providing guidance onpanel usage, sample targeting and survey invitation distribution tosupport effective and balanced panel management.
- Developing dashboards, automated reporting andscalable analytical tools.
- Improving panel data processes and translatinganalysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Home Panel andResearch teams.
- Acting as the analytical steward for HomePanel data, reviewing key datasets, processes and system outputs to ensuredata quality, consistency and fitness for purpose.
You will need
- Strong experience in customer, behavioural,CRM or panel analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience using toolssuch as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau or Power BI
- Experience applying statistical, predictive ordiagnostic analytical techniques.
- Understanding of quantitative research methodologies,including sampling.
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and theability to turn complex analysis into practical recommendations.
- A proactive and practical approach with strongattention to detail.
