Pub & Grill Team Leader – Lead Shift, Drive Profits

Village Hotels – Maidstone is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the shift, run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on exceptional hospitality and commercial targets.

You will cover pub and grill duties and flex across F&B when required to support the team. You will drive the commercial side by optimizing drinks GP, stock control, and wage costs while coaching your team to deliver top guest
