Site Supervisor

Coba Education is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to support a welcoming primary school in Northampton on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands‑on individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well‑presented school environment. The school can offer flexibility around working hours, with a total of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Opening and securing the school site
• * Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• * Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld across the site
• * Managing site security and access for visitors and contractors
• * Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues
• * Supporting with deliveries, room setups, and general site duties
• * Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of external areas

To Be Considered, You Must:

• * Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
• * Have previous experience working in a Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities, or Premises Management role
• * Have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• * Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• * Be able to undertake practical maintenance and site management tasks
