Locum Practice Manager Role – Northeast of Peterborough

Background –

Menlo Park is working with a practice Northeast of Peterborough that needs Locum Practice Manager support to begin immediately. This will be an ongoing requirement for a minimum of 3 months but may be longer.

Cover required can be a minimum of 2-3 days per week, but they may be able to offer full time hours, depending on experience.

This role is managing overall responsibility for the team, both clinical and non-clinical with support from the Partner GP. There is no support needed on the strategic side as this is more so for day-to-day operational support to include ICB returns and ongoing CQC requirements.

Pay –

£32 – 38p/h

Location –

Northeast of Peterborough

The Surgery –

• SystmOne
• Assistant PM support
• Approx 10-12 reception staff

Your Role –

• Locum Practice Manager
• Cover needed 2-3 days per week minimum, but may be able to go up to full time hours
• Must be onsite support
• Primary Care experience is essential (minimum of 2 years)
• Must be able to start ASAP
• Managing day-to-day staff management, ongoing CQC requirements, ICB returns
