Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Drinks Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to provide technical expertise and support the efficient performance of engineering assets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on shift and is commutable from Stirling, Falkirk, Livingston, Glasgow areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and recommend improvements.

n

• Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs quickly to minimise downtime.

n

• Analyse downtime, line efficiency and waste data to identify improvements.

n

• Work safely and maintain required factory hygiene standards.

n

• Complete maintenance records, reports and line log books.

n

• Use technical manuals and mechanical drawings to identify equipment and replacement parts.

n

• Support manufacturing teams and operate machinery where required.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.

n

• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.

n

• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and processes.

n

• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
