Chief Security Officer

Overview

In this role you will shape the organisations security posture by developing and deploying a comprehensive security strategy. You will lead the internal Security team and collaborate with external agencies to protect assets, people, and operations. You will manage incident response, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and promote security awareness across the company. This is a high-impact, leadership-driven opportunity to influence risk management at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic security protocols to mitigate risks across physical, information, and business continuity domains
• Lead the internal Security team and coordinate with external security agencies
• Oversee security incidents and investigations with effective response measures
• Monitor security trends and regulatory changes and adapt strategy accordingly

Key requirements

• Senior security leadership experience
• Knowledge of physical and information security frameworks
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Higher education in Security Management, IT, Criminal Justice, or related field
