Overview

In this role, you will manage strategic partner relationships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to drive revenue using FICO’s analytics, decisioning, and AI capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute a global partner strategy, building a multi-year growth roadmap with the partner. You will identify scalable solutions, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and co-create campaigns to surface new opportunities. This position offers on-site partnership work in London with international travel, and a chance to shape how FICO’s solutions transform a partner’s business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive joint revenue
  • Own the regional growth plan within the global account framework
  • Develop a multi-year engagement roadmap and lead sales campaigns from prospecting to close
  • Translate partner needs into scalable Value propositions and manage the sales process through to close
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of channel sales engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Initiate co-marketing and co-sales campaigns and represent FICO at partner events
  • Maintain deep knowledge of FICO solutions and their value across partner offerings

Key requirements

  • Experience in partner, channel, or strategic account management in financial services, payments, or fintech with quota attainment
  • Strong credibility with partner organizations and internal teams to remove obstacles
  • Proven ability to structure and close multi-million-dollar partner agreements with executives
  • Independent, high-achieving sales professional with high IQ and high EQ
  • Structured, qualification-based sales methodology experience (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Interest or experience with data, decisioning, orchestration, machine learning, and AI within SaaS/fintech
  • Proven track record in building channel partnerships in international fintech/payments
  • Understanding of channel pricing models and partner pipelines in Salesforce or similar CRM
