In this role you will join a well-established Clinical Negligence team within a top national firm to handle high-value birth injury and dental negligence matters. You will manage a varied caseload, build strong client relationships, and support junior lawyers, while working closely with a Partner. • Assist on high value, complex birth injury cases

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE
• Strong experience in complex, higher value birth injury litigation
• Previous experience assisting Partners on major cases
• Confident managing a busy caseload and mentoring junior colleagues
