Responsibilities

• own matters from inception to completion on non-contentious banking work
• handle real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, corporate and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives
• build client relationships and manage transactions with a proactive, team-oriented approach
• contribute to high-value, international transactions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Key requirements

• Around 3+ years PQE in banking & finance from a well-regarded firm
• Strong experience across banking transactions and lending structures
• A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with excellent technical ability
• The confidence to manage transactions and build client relationships
