Overview

In this QA Lead role, you will shape the testing strategy for high-impact financial technology projects. You’ll lead QA efforts within a collaborative engineering culture, ensuring quality is everyone’s responsibility. You will drive test design, automation, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable front-office solutions. You will partner with development, DevOps, and stakeholders to maximize test coverage and accelerate delivery. Responsibilities

• Propose, create and enhance the project’s test strategy with a focus on test automation
• Question and challenge existing testing practices while promoting QA best practices
• Educate the team to foster a quality-centric culture and focus on value-added testing
• Collaborate with the client and team to address complex testing challenges
• Define and improve QA processes according to project needs
• Provide guidance and support to the QA team in related activities
• Develop a solid understanding of business, technical, and operational requirements
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance automated tests and maximize coverage
• Work with Dev and DevOps to improve test automation tools and solutions

Key requirements

• Significant experience in a QA lead role
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA’s role within it
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
