Bank Home Care Assistants
who can offer flexibility to cover shifts as required and who live locally to the areas we support.

full UK driving licenceHave access to
your own vehicleBe able to travel throughout the
Birkenhead area (CH41, CH42 & CH43)Have flexibility to work shifts across a varied rota as requiredBe available to support short-notice cover when neededBe willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in placeApplications that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be progressed.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a
Bank Home Care Assistant
, you’ll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassionSupporting with washing, dressing and daily routinesAssisting with meal preparation and nutritionProviding medication prompts and support in line with care plansCarrying out wellbeing and safety checksSupporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environmentOffering companionship and emotional supportBuilding positive and professional relationships with the people you supportPromoting independence, choice and person-centred careWorking as part of a supportive and dedicated care teamTravelling between clients’ homes across the local communityMost importantly, you’ll make a meaningful difference to people’s lives every day.
