Senior Residential Conveyancer – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload within a respected firm known for its property expertise. Based in Bristol, you will deliver high client care, build lasting relationships, and support colleagues with mentoring when needed. You’ll work to deadlines in a busy environment and contribute to the team’s leadership. • Manage a full caseload of residential transactions

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 6+ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of property law
• Experience managing own caseload independently
• Ability to supervise/mentor others
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
