Overview
In this role you will partner with clients to lead and shape large transformation programmes, combining strategy, digital and human-centred approaches. Responsibilities
- Lead components of large-scale transformation programmes across multi-disciplinary teams
- Partner with senior stakeholders to act as a subject matter expert on Programme Leadership
- Apply consulting expertise, industry knowledge, and technology to address programme challenges
- Direct cross-Deloitte and client teams to deliver complex programmes and outcomes
- Support business development through client relationships and proposals
- Contribute to internal practice development, methodologies and knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills across levels
Key requirements
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes (technology-led, digital, or regulatory)
- Proven project management across workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Ability to structure work and lead teams in ambiguity
- Deep industry expertise in programme leadership and transferable lessons
- Stakeholder management, influencing skills and relationship building
- Commercial awareness and risk management in a professional services context
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Mentoring and coaching abilities in project or consulting environments
- Preferred: programme strategy, delivery planning, business case development, or M&A experience
